Return Policy 

• We sell customized outfits which are already made as per clients requirements and thus do not require any return commitment. Our Customizations process has detailed parameters which makes easy for us to create an extraordinary outfit.
• For any exceptional return requirement client can co-ordinate via email for which our team will assist.

Returns & Cancellations 

• However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations.
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched
• already and amount can be given as a store credit / refund. If not estimated within 24 hours time the amount will be given as a Store credit only.
• Email us on namaste@vanaethnics.com with the Order number and Email address. Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order placement. Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.
