What can I return? 

  • We sell customised outfits which are already made as per clients requirements and thus do not require any return commitment. Our Customisation process has detailed parameters which makes easy for us to create an extraordinary outfit.
  • For any exceptional return requirement client can co-ordinate via email for which our team will assist.

Product purchased online can be picked up in store? 

  • Yes, products purchased online can be picked up at VANA ETHNICS store,Surat. One should intimate us (customer care email id) the exact date when they need to pick up, so accordingly we can arrange in store.

Returns & Cancellations 

  • However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations.
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched
  • already and amount can be given as a store credit / refund. If not estimated within 24 hours time the amount will be given as a Store credit only.
  • Email us on namaste@vanaethnics.com with the Order number and Email address. Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order placement. Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.

How are measurements taken for Standard and Custom fitting? 
We understand how important getting the right fit is and we take this very seriously, Here are a few things we do to help you find the right fit .

  • We custom fit & design the outfit to your size providing the required client profile form & size form given with the measurement taking guidance,available on the product page of the website.
  • Standard size as it is & Standard customization  :-Select the Standard Size to get the fit. For your convenience we provide you .75 inch margin from both sides of the outfit. E.g ; Your bust size is 32(XS) will have extra added margin.
  • Select the available standard size & get the available fitting customizations done.
  • Note: Customize totally depends on the product as not all products customize is possible.
  • Slight variation in size is possible.

Is it safe to use my credit card for payments?

  • All Credit Card payments are processed through checkout systems provided by secure payment gateways.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed? 

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already and the amount can be given as a store credit/refund. If not estimated within 24 hours time the amount will be given as a store credit only.

How do i return and/or exchange an item?

For how long can I hold my Pending order once its placed?

  • Payment needs to be done within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, failing which we would consider the order canceled.

If I'd like to make a gift purchase, could you send the order without an invoice?

  • Yes, in the case of a gift purchase, we can send out your order without an invoice. You can also add your greeting to it.

  • As a brand, we ahere to strict quality and design benchmarks. Every Vana Ethnics product goes through a 5 step Quality Control process to ensure that you receive the best.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

  • Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

  • We offer free shipping for selected countries only. We have delivery partnered to ensure guaranteed and timely deliveries. The shipping charges will be charged basis the weight of the parcel and basis the urgency of the delivery. Before making any delivery our team will coordinate with you about delivery charges.


Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next? 

  • Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in next 2 days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can call or email us so you can submit your delivery request to the courier.

What are the delivery charges for domestic/india orders?

How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Order? 

  • Delivery date of the product is mentioned on every product.
  • For ready to ship products: our delivery time is 6-7 working days once the order is placed.
  • For pre-order / made to order products: delivery time is 30 to 45 working days once the order is placed.
  • Our Dispatch Team ensures timely deliveries across the globe. Once you’ve placed your order with us, you will receive an email from us, which will include delivery dates.

How to track the order once shipped? 

You'll receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.


The order status is 'Delivered' but not received it. What should I do? 

  • Try to contact the courier to cross check if someone has signed the package. If no one has accepted delivery, email us the issue on vanaethnics@gmail.com
  • Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to intimate us if the product doesn't delivers within 10-15 days of the dispatched, So that we can coordinate with our logistics partner
  • If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, hence you cannot apply for the refund.

How can I inform about any defect/issues in the Product to Vana Ethnics? 

Requirement to inspect and give notice of a defect

  • The Customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to Vana Ethnics and Courier Company by email, of any matter whereof the Customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order.
  • If the Customer fail to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.
  • The Customer shall give us written notice of any hidden defects within 24 hour of their delivery.

  • Please be assured that your personal details and information are treated with utmost confidentiality and kept private.

  • No, we don't retail collections by other designers -- unless stated otherwise. However, we do blog about and showcase styles and popular trends in Indian Fashion.
